I printed two squares of each on regular A4 paper and cut it out. I pasted it onto a piece of card, cut it out and "packaged" it in a simple plastic sandwich bag and placed it on the breakfast table. I told my girls the following morning I had a surprise for them. They expected a big box. But as they opened it, my eight-year-old realized what it was. They played non-stop,
